These terms apply to NimbleCalls (also referred to as CallForge), an AI phone receptionist service and SMS messaging program operated by RankSol Inc.

The service

NimbleCalls provides an AI phone receptionist for local service businesses: answering calls, booking appointments, and syncing bookings to the business's CRM.

SMS program

Program name: NimbleCalls customer care text messages. When someone phones a business that uses NimbleCalls and asks to be texted, the number they give on that call receives customer care text messages from that business: appointment and consultation confirmations and replies to their questions about the business's services or availability. If the business assigns a technician to a job, that technician (added to the system by their employer) receives one text message with the job details. These are messages that follow up on a call the customer placed — not a recurring marketing program.

• Message frequency: Varies — typically one or a few messages per call, in follow-up to the call.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Opt-out: Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages.
• Help: Reply HELP for assistance, or contact the business you called.
• Support: use the contact form on callforge.ranksol.net, or contact the business you called.

Acceptable use

The service must not be used for unlawful robocalling, unsolicited marketing, or any purpose that violates applicable telecom or consumer-protection law.

Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time; continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
